“I” of the Consumer Week in Review

As a marketer, how much say do you have over the products and services your company offers? If the answer is “none”, that’s a problem. Marketing teams need to be close to the product teams because as marketers, we’re supposed to be the ones who know best what the customers are looking for. If you think a simple change to a product or service, such as a new feature or design, will have a positive impact on sales, you need to speak up. It’s our job to deliver something people will pay for.
