What’s the difference between Yelp and the BBB? Having had conversations this week with reps from both, I’m not so sure. In today’s world, does the Better Business Bureau still have the same authority it once did? With user reviews a few clicks away, does anybody care what the BBB has to say about a company? Both charge companies money for anything more than a basic listing. Yelp has a better user interface and offers both consumers and companies more opportunities and information. Is the BBB necessary?
