"I" of the Consumer Week in Review

An earthquake outside of Richmond, VA was responsible for shaking my body on the 24th Floor of a building in midtown Manhattan. Now I’ve seen it all. Within seconds of feeling the room I sat in swaying back and forth, Twitter and Facebook were buzzing (should I say Google Plus-ing now) with news of the quake. And within minutes of the realization that everyone was fine, I grew tired and annoyed with all the commentary. In a world where news travels faster than the speed of light, is there any way our attention spans can get any shorter.

Whether you were feeling the quake or just avoiding the onslaught of commentary, here are some posts from the past week that you may have missed:

  1. How to Create the Perfect Landing Page
  2. Want Something? Ask for it
  3. Incentivize Everything! Fans and Followers
  4. The End of the Coupon Culture
