"I" of the Consumer Week in Review

I don’t know about you guys, but I spent 24 hours of this past week in Kansas City. The first thing I noticed is that flying into a lightning storm and then sitting on the runway for over an hour can ruin the start of any trip. The second thing I noticed was how kind and courteous everyone in Kansas City is compared to here in New York. Thanks for making a business trip manageable.
