In the very broadest sense, smart marketing is a three-step process. We have a tendency to overly complicate things, and that’s because the devil is in the details. But at a high level, it’s really quite simple. Step one is identifying your audience – those people who have a problem you will solve. Step two is creating a product or service that actually solves that problem. And step three is making those people an offer that reasonably represents the value you are adding to their lives. Do those three things in that order and you’ll have a high likelihood of success.
