Having too many ideas is a good problem to have. So if that’s your biggest problem as a company, good for you. Now how do you solve it? Become experts at prioritization. Understand your team’s capabilities. And work to avoid demoralizing those employees whose ideas are not being worked on right away. The better you are at working through the highest impact ideas first, and getting the buy-in from your team necessary to succeed, the more successful you’ll be.
