Zach Heller Marketing Week in Review

Where do you want to be in five years? It’s a cliché interview question that we ask because it gives some indication of how a person sees themselves. Do they have ambition? Do they know what they want out of life? Will they be happy here? While we ask this question of others in this way, we don’t nearly as often ask it of our companies. That’s the key to strategic planning. Where do we want to be in five years? Knowing the answer is the key to putting in place the actions that will help get you there.
