There is only so much time in the day, only so much money in the budget, people on the team. Resources are constrained at all levels. What does that mean to you? To me, it means that one of the great skills we should promote, develop, learn, and excel at is the ability to prioritize. We must prioritize those tasks and projects that will have the greatest impact on our organizations, because there simply is not enough time to do everything we want to do.
