Rapid growth is exciting. It’s also incredibly hard and can, at times, cause major problems for a business not prepared for it. There’s nothing wrong with consistent, incremental growth that should be the goal of most marketers. It won’t make headlines, but it is both easier to plan for and manage, as well as more likely to be sustainable over time. Any growth is good. Don’t get greedy.
