As human beings, most of us are better at coming up with new ideas than prioritizing things the right way. That’s why it can seem like we’re always working backwards, up against an ever-expanding to do list. In marketing, as in life, it’s important to organize that to do list. What is most important? What will have the greatest impact? What can I get done today? Only after we learn how to best prioritize our tasks can we be successful.
