In person it’s easy to know when a conversation is over. Usually one person gets up and walks away. But in the digital world it can be more difficult. For marketers, trying to determine when someone is interested in what you have to offer and when they’re not is a big deal. The more we can market to people who want to be marketed to, the better off we’ll be. The problem is, it’s difficult to tell when someone sits down and when they get up and walk away.
