The best tests are the ones where the results surprise you. But all tests should teach you something. Usually, as a marketer running a test, you will have an idea of what the outcome will be. But regardless of whether you are right or wrong, you are proving something. If you’re right, you know you’re right. If you’re wrong, you now know what’s right. You always come away knowing more than you did going in!
