“I” of the Consumer Week in Review

The job of a marketer is so much more than it sounds like, and anyone in marketing knows what I’m talking about. How do I answer the question, what do you do? It depends on who is asking. But at the end of the day I am responsible, along with those in my department, for the entire experience that a person has with my company, from beginning to end. So when you first find out about us, that’s me. When you decide to purchase, that’s me. And when you get your product, use your product, buy more of your product, or complain to us that you hated your product, it’s all me. Obviously that’s too much to tell people in response to a quick get to know you question. But hey, that’s what we do.
