“I” of the Consumer Week in Review

It took me 29 years and change to get to South Beach, but I’m finally here. As this post goes live, I’m sitting on the beach in sunny Miami! That has me thinking about first experiences and first impressions. As marketers, we try so hard to remain in control of our brand and how we’re perceived by the masses. But most things are outside of our control. And I think if we spend more time accepting that and working with it instead of fighting against it, the better we’d be at our jobs.
