It’s been one week since I got back from my stay in Seattle and I’m still adjusting to being back on the east coast. The humidity! I’ve got to say that by providing a great customer experience, JetBlue has created a super fan out of me, and that’s never a bad thing. Or maybe even a Raving Fan (love the way this post puts it).
